Roosmarijn Beckers

Roosmarijn Beckers is a Belgian politician serving as a member of the Flemish Parliament for the Limburg constituency. Born in 1986, she holds a master's degree in history from the Catholic University of Leuven, with a research focus on the treatment of Roma people during the Holocaust. Before her return to politics in 2019, she worked as a history teacher and as an assistant in a law firm. A member of the Flemish nationalist party Vlaams Belang, she focuses her parliamentary work on education and infrastructure policy. She is also a regular contributor to the blog site Doorbraak.
