Rumeen Farhana

Rumeen Farhana is a Bangladeshi politician, lawyer, and member of parliament. She previously served as a Member of the Jatiya Sangsad from a reserved women's seat representing the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) until her resignation in December 2022, and later won election as an independent candidate for the Brahmanbaria-2 constituency in the 2026 general election. Educated at Holy Cross School, Viqarunnisa Noon School and College, the University of London, and Lincoln's Inn as a barrister, she has also worked as a high court lawyer, writer, and journalist.
