Rupa Bishwakarma is a Nepalese politician currently serving as a member of the 2nd Federal Parliament of Nepal. A member of the Nepali Congress party, she was elected to the House of Representatives in the 2022 general election as a proportional representative from the Dalit category. In addition to her parliamentary duties, she has served as the Minister of State for Forests and Environment in the Government of Nepal since August 2024.
