Saleh Bourma

Saleh Bourma is a Chadian jurist, historian, and politician currently serving as the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Finance, in charge of Economy, Planning and International Cooperation. He is the founder and national president of the Movement for Unity and Renewal (MUR). Throughout his career, he has held various public roles, including Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Agency for the Development of Rural Electrification and Energy Mastery (ADERM), Secretary of State for National Education and Civic Promotion, and Deputy Secretary General of the Government. He is also recognized for his past initiatives in anti-terrorism awareness and his leadership in organizing Islamic pilgrimages.
