Sam Mayanja
Profile
Sam Mayanja is a Ugandan lawyer and politician serving as the Attorney General for the period 2026–2031, following his appointment by President Yoweri Museveni. He previously served as the State Minister for Lands, where he handled national land matters and resolved various land conflicts. Before entering high-level government service, he worked as a legal advisor, bank secretary at Uganda Development Bank, and co-founder of the Kampala Associated Advocates law firm.
