Samuel Adubango Awotho

Samuel Adubango Awotho is a Congolese politician and member of the National Assembly representing the Mahagi constituency in Ituri province. A prominent figure in the Congolese National Congress (CNC), he previously served as Vice-Minister of Transport and Communications in 2016 and as Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs starting in 2021. Throughout his career, he has been active in parliamentary youth networks and provincial leadership, consistently advocating for the development of the Ituri region.
