Sandrine Rousseau

Sandrine Rousseau is a French politician and economist serving as a Member of the National Assembly for Paris's 9th constituency. An academic by background, she previously served as vice-president of the University of Lille and held regional office in Nord-Pas-de-Calais. A prominent figure in the French Green movement, she is known for her advocacy on environmental issues, gender equality, and the fight against sexual violence. She gained national prominence during the 2022 presidential primary and continues to be a vocal advocate for radical ecological and social policies within the New Popular Front coalition.
