Sang-wook Kim is a South Korean politician and lawyer currently serving as the 9th Mayor of Ulsan Metropolitan City. Born in 1980, he began his career as a lawyer in Ulsan, specializing in labor and real estate law. He was elected to the 22nd National Assembly in 2024 as a member of the People Power Party, representing Ulsan Nam-gu Gap. In May 2025, he left the People Power Party, citing a desire to pursue a path of democratic conservatism, and subsequently joined the Democratic Party of Korea. In 2026, he was elected Mayor of Ulsan, defeating the incumbent candidate.
