Kim Yoon-deok is a South Korean politician currently serving as the 9th Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. A three-term member of the National Assembly representing Jeonju-si Gap, he previously held leadership roles within the Democratic Party of Korea, including Secretary-General. During his university years at Chonbuk National University, he was active in the student movement against the military dictatorship. Throughout his career, he has focused on regional development, cultural policy, and scouting initiatives, having served as a co-chair of the 2023 World Scout Jamboree organizing committee.
