Sanjay Nilkanthrao Derkar is an Indian politician currently serving as a Member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly for the Wani constituency. He secured his seat in the 2024 Maharashtra Legislative Assembly election representing the Shiv Sena (UBT), having previously contested the 2019 election as an independent candidate. Derkar holds a Master of Science degree in chemistry from Bhopal University, which he completed in 1986. He is a native of the Yavatmal district in Maharashtra.
