Sarada Prasad Padhan

Sarada Prasad Padhan is an Indian politician serving as a Member of the Odisha Legislative Assembly for the Mahanga constituency since 2024. Initially a member of the Biju Janata Dal, he later joined the Bharatiya Janata Party before eventually running as an independent candidate. He founded the Mahanga Vikash Parishad to advocate for local development. After unsuccessful electoral bids in 2014 and 2019, he secured his first legislative victory in 2024 by defeating the BJD candidate.
