光井聡

Satoshi Mitsui is a Japanese politician and physician currently serving as the Mayor of Tsuyama, Okayama Prefecture. Born in 1985, he graduated from the Shimane University School of Medicine and later earned a Master of Public Health from Okayama University. Before entering politics, he worked as a physician at various institutions, including Okayama University Hospital and the Fukuyama Medical Center, and served as a health official at the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and the Okayama Prefectural Government. He was elected Mayor of Tsuyama in February 2026 after defeating the incumbent.
