Savitri Devi

Savitri Devi is an Indian politician from the state of Bihar who serves as a member of the Bihar Legislative Assembly representing the Chakai constituency. A member of the Rashtriya Janata Dal, she first won her seat in the 2015 Bihar Legislative Assembly election, defeating independent candidate Sumit Kumar Singh. Although she lost the seat to the same opponent in 2020, she successfully returned to the assembly in 2025. She is a native of Sirayndih village in the Jamui district.
