Scott Gray is an American politician serving as a member of the New York State Assembly for the 116th district since 2023. A lifelong resident of Watertown, New York, he is the fourth-generation owner of his family's business, Gray’s Flower Shop. Before his election to the state legislature, Gray served for 21 years as a Jefferson County legislator, including six years as the Chairman of the Jefferson County Board of Legislators. He has also been active in community service, serving on the boards of the United Way of North New York and the Carthage Area Hospital. In the Assembly, he has focused on regional infrastructure and public safety initiatives.
