Seah Kian Peng is a Singaporean politician who has served as the Speaker of the Parliament of Singapore since 2023. A member of the People's Action Party, he has represented the Braddell Heights division as a Member of Parliament since 2006. Before his full-time political career, he held senior executive roles in the public and private sectors, including serving as the CEO of NTUC FairPrice from 2010 to 2022. Throughout his parliamentary tenure, he has focused on social and family development policy, notably leading the amendment of the Maintenance of Parents Act.
