Seiso Joel Mohai is a South African politician who has served as the Deputy Minister of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation since July 2024. A long-time member of the African National Congress, he previously held the position of Chief Whip of the Majority Party in the National Council of Provinces from 2014 to 2024. Throughout his career, Mohai has served in the National Assembly and as a Member of the Executive Council for the Free State provincial government, where he held portfolios in public works, roads, transport, and finance.
