Serge Ferraro

Serge Ferraro is a Dutch politician and administrator currently serving as the Mayor of Huizen, a position he assumed on January 14, 2026. Before his appointment as mayor, he was a member of the municipal council of Beverwijk starting in 2014 and served as an alderman from 2018, overseeing portfolios including economic affairs, spatial planning, and housing. Ferraro holds a degree in Dutch law from the University of Amsterdam and previously worked in the private sector, where he founded his own marketing firm and served as director of the Bel-me-niet Register. He also held a management role at the Noord-Holland Noord development agency.
