Sheila Malcolmson

Sheila Malcolmson is a Canadian politician serving as a member of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia for the district of Nanaimo-Gabriola Island. First elected to the provincial legislature in a 2019 by-election for Nanaimo, she previously served as a member of Parliament for the federal riding of Nanaimo—Ladysmith from 2015 to 2019. Before entering provincial politics, she was the chair of the Islands Trust Council and a trustee for Gabriola Island. She has also served as a Parliamentary Secretary for the Environment.
