Sheila Noakes, Baroness Noakes

Sheila Noakes, Baroness Noakes, is a British Conservative politician and life peer who has served in the House of Lords since 2000. Before entering politics, she had a distinguished career as a chartered accountant and partner at KPMG, and served as the first female President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
