Shelly Willingham

Shelly Willingham is an American politician currently serving as a member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, representing the 23rd district since 2015. He previously held a seat in the House from 2002 to 2003 and served two terms on the Edgecombe County School Board. Throughout his legislative career, Willingham has held various committee assignments, including roles in Appropriations, Alcoholic Beverage Control, and Insurance. He continues to represent the interests of Martin and Edgecombe counties in the state legislature.
