Shlomo Karhi is an Israeli politician and academic serving as the Minister of Communications in the thirty-seventh government of Israel. A member of the Likud party, he was first elected to the Knesset in 2019. Before entering politics, Karhi held academic positions at Sapir Academic College, Ben-Gurion University, and Bar-Ilan University, having earned a PhD in industrial engineering and management.
