Sho Zeniya is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Shijonawate City in Osaka Prefecture. Born in Shijonawate, he is a former professional badminton player who represented Japan and accompanied the national team to the 2012 London Olympics. Following his athletic career, he worked for the Arida City government in Wakayama Prefecture and later for the Shijonawate City government. He was elected as mayor in December 2024 after winning a local election conducted via electronic voting.
