Sid Ali Zerrouki

Sid Ali Zerrouki is an Algerian politician and information technology expert currently serving as the Minister of Post and Telecommunications. With over twenty-five years of experience in strategic management and telecommunications, he previously held leadership roles at companies including Millicom International and Rail Telecom SPA. In 2021, he became the director general of Algeria Venture, where he supported national startup and innovation policies. He is also a co-founder and president of the African Federation of Business Networks. He holds degrees from the University of Paris Dauphine, the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, and the University of Skikda.
