Sikander Kumar

Sikander Kumar is an Indian academic and politician currently serving as a Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha, representing the state of Himachal Pradesh. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he was elected unopposed to the upper house of the Indian Parliament in March 2022. Prior to his political career, he held a distinguished academic position as the 26th Vice Chancellor of Himachal Pradesh University in Shimla, where he served as a professor.
