Simone Lang

Simone Lang is a German politician and member of the Landtag of Saxony, representing the Social Democratic Party (SPD). Born in Erlabrunn, she initially pursued a career in nursing and palliative care coordination before entering politics. Since joining the Landtag in 2020, she has focused on social policy, health, and environmental issues, currently serving as the chair of the Committee for Environment and Agriculture. Lang is also active in regional social work through the AWO and has previously served as a local party leader in the Erzgebirge district.
