İsmail Faruk Aksu

İsmail Faruk Aksu is a Turkish politician and bureaucrat currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, representing Istanbul. A long-standing member of the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP), he has held the position of MHP Deputy Chairman since 2018 and serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Planning and Budget Committee in Parliament. Before entering politics, Aksu had an extensive career in public service, including roles at the Prime Ministry and the Ministry of Public Works and Settlement. He is also the founding Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Turkish Academy of Political, Social and Strategic Research (TASAV).
