鬼沢聡

So Kisawa is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Iwanuma in Miyagi Prefecture. Born and raised in Iwanuma, he graduated from the Faculty of Law at Tohoku Gakuin University. Before entering politics, he held various positions in the private sector, including roles at Kansai Kosaido, 3dfx Interactive, Nissho Electronics, and BakBone Software. Following the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake, he returned to his hometown to manage a cleaning company and served as the director of FM Iwanuma and the Iwanuma Welfare Association. He was elected mayor in June 2026 after defeating the incumbent.
