Sobita Gautam

Sobita Gautam is a Nepalese politician, lawyer, and youth activist currently serving as the Minister of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs. A founding member of the Rastriya Swatantra Party, she was elected to the House of Representatives from the Kathmandu-2 constituency in 2022, becoming one of the youngest members of the legislature. Beyond her parliamentary duties, she serves as a Vice Chairperson of her party and has been a vocal advocate for governance reform, anti-corruption measures, and the regulation of assisted reproductive technology in Nepal.
