Sorca Clarke

Sorca Clarke is an Irish politician serving as a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Longford–Westmeath constituency since the 2020 general election. A member of Sinn Féin, she previously served as a member of the Westmeath County Council from 2014 to 2019. Clarke, who is originally from Artane, Dublin, moved to Mullingar in 2005 where she and her husband operate a security business. In her role as a TD, she has been noted for her electoral success, becoming the first Sinn Féin representative for her constituency since 1957.
