Stella Ikupa Alex is a Tanzanian politician and accountant who serves as a Member of the National Assembly. Appointed to a special seat in 2015, she has also held the position of Deputy Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister, with a specific focus on disability affairs. Before her parliamentary career, she worked as an accountant for the Ministry of Energy and Minerals and the Ministry of Industry and Trade. A long-time member of the Chama Cha Mapinduzi party, she has been active in local party leadership since 2003.
