Steven C. Johnson

Steven C. Johnson is an American politician serving as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates for District 34A. First elected in 2018, he has served on the Health and Government Operations Committee and as deputy majority whip since 2023. Before his legislative career, Johnson worked as a construction supervisor, served in the Army National Guard, and acted as the director of Economic Development for the city of Aberdeen. His legislative record includes sponsoring the "Connor's Courage" Act to allow medical marijuana use in schools and advocating for tax exemptions on oral hygiene products.
