Stratsimir Petkov

Stratsimir Petkov is a Bulgarian politician currently serving as the Mayor of Lovech. He assumed office in 2023 following his election by the local municipal electoral commission. Prior to his political career, he was active in the private sector and served as the president of the local Rotary Club. Petkov holds a master's degree in accounting from the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics in Svishtov and is a graduate of the Exarch Iosif I Language High School in Lovech. As mayor, he has focused on regional development and the expansion of international economic partnerships.
