Subira Khamis Mgalu is a Tanzanian politician and member of the ruling Chama Cha Mapinduzi party. She currently serves as a Member of the National Assembly, representing special seats reserved for women, a position she has held since 2010. In addition to her parliamentary duties, she served as the Deputy Minister of Energy starting in 2017. Throughout her career, she has been an active member of various parliamentary committees, including the Local Authorities Accounts Committee and the Finance and Economic Affairs Committee.
