Suchismita Maurya is an Indian politician currently serving as a member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly representing the Majhawan constituency. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, she first entered the assembly in 2017 following the death of her father-in-law, Ram Chandra Maurya. After a brief hiatus, she successfully retained the Majhawan seat in the 2024 by-elections, defeating her opponent by a margin of 4,922 votes. She holds a Master of Science degree from Riwa and an M.B.A. from Lucknow.
