Sulata Deo

Sulata Deo is an Indian politician currently serving as a member of the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Parliament of India, representing the state of Odisha. A prominent member of the Biju Janata Dal (BJD), she also serves as a party spokesperson. Prior to her parliamentary career, she held the position of advisor to the 'Mission Shakti' program of the Government of Odisha. Known for her active advocacy in the upper house, she has addressed various social and regional issues, including the impact of infrastructure projects on tribal communities and animal welfare rights.
