Susan Bysiewicz

Susan Bysiewicz is an American politician and attorney currently serving as the 109th Lieutenant Governor of Connecticut, a position she has held since 2019. Prior to her current role, she served as the Secretary of the State of Connecticut from 1999 to 2011 and as a member of the Connecticut House of Representatives from 1993 to 1999. Throughout her career, she has focused on election technology, voter registration, and business transparency. Bysiewicz is a graduate of Yale University and Duke University School of Law, and she previously practiced law in the private sector.
