Suze Youance is a Canadian civil engineer, researcher, and politician serving as a member of the Senate of Canada since September 2024. Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, she moved to Canada in 2006 and established a distinguished career in construction engineering and academia, notably as a lecturer and researcher at the École de technologie supérieure in Montreal.
