日永貴章

Takaaki Hinaga is a Japanese politician currently serving his fourth term as the Mayor of Aisai City in Aichi Prefecture. Born in 1973, he graduated from the Aichi Institute of Technology with a degree in civil engineering. Before entering politics, he worked as a geological consultant and for a social welfare corporation. His political career began with his election to the Tatsuta Village Council in 2003. Following the municipal merger that created Aisai City, he served two terms as a city council member before being elected mayor in 2013. He has since been re-elected to the mayoral office in 2017, 2021, and 2025.
