Takahiro Kudo is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Hirakawa City in Aomori Prefecture. Born in the former Hiraga Town, he graduated from Sapporo University and began his career as a public secretary to lawmaker Taro Kimura. Kudo served two terms as a member of the Hirakawa City Council before being elected to the Aomori Prefectural Assembly in 2023. In December 2025, he was elected as the Mayor of Hirakawa, becoming the youngest incumbent mayor in Aomori Prefecture.
