百瀬敬

Takashi Momose is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Shiojiri in Nagano Prefecture. Born in Narai, Kiso District, he graduated from the College of Law at Nihon University before embarking on a long career as a municipal civil servant in Shiojiri. During his tenure at the city office, he held various leadership positions, including Director of the Industrial Policy Division and Director of the Industrial Promotion Department. He was elected mayor in September 2022, succeeding the outgoing mayor Toshiyuki Oguchi, with a platform focused on municipal renewal and addressing local challenges.
