A member of the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP), she has held various roles within the party and the Austrian Economic Chamber, including serving as the spokesperson for energy policy. In 2026, she was appointed Secretary General of the Austrian Economic Federation. Before her parliamentary career, she worked extensively in human resources management and founded her own personnel services company in 2008.
