Telmo Manuel Machado Pinto

Telmo Manuel Machado Pinto is a Portuguese politician and former professional footballer who currently serves as the Mayor of Loulé. Before his election as mayor, he held the position of president of the junta de freguesia of Quarteira for three consecutive terms, representing the Socialist Party. As a former athlete, he played as a midfielder for several clubs including Louletano, União de Leiria, and Paços de Ferreira. He is a civil engineer by training and has transitioned into a political career focused on local governance in the Algarve region.
