有福哲二

Tetsuji Arihuku is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Sakaide in Kagawa Prefecture. Born in 1967, he graduated from Nihon University and began his political career as a member of the Sakaide City Council, where he served two terms. He subsequently served five terms as a member of the Kagawa Prefectural Assembly, during which time he was affiliated with the Liberal Democratic Party. In 2021, he was elected Mayor of Sakaide, and he was re-elected unopposed in 2025.
