Tim Bearden

Timothy J. Bearden is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Georgia State Senate representing the 30th district. He assumed office in 2024 following a special election. Prior to his current role in the Senate, Bearden served in the Georgia House of Representatives from 2005 to 2011. In 2011, he was appointed by then-Governor Nathan Deal to serve as the director of the Georgia Public Safety Training Center, a position he held before returning to legislative service.
