Tim Goodwin

Timothy R. Goodwin is an American politician and businessman currently serving as a member of the South Dakota House of Representatives for the 30th district. Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, he served for 24 years in the United States Army, retiring with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel after enlisting at age 18. Since assuming office in 2017, he has held leadership roles, including serving as a Majority Whip since 2019. Prior to his legislative career, Goodwin worked as a salesman.
