Profile

Tim Keller is an American politician and businessman currently serving as the 30th Mayor of Albuquerque, New Mexico. First elected in 2017, he made history in 2025 by becoming the first mayor in the city's history to serve three consecutive terms. Before his mayoral tenure, Keller served as the New Mexico State Auditor and as a member of the New Mexico State Senate. His political career has been characterized by a focus on government transparency, public safety reform—notably through the creation of the Albuquerque Community Safety Department—and economic development. Prior to entering public office, he worked in the private sector and founded Digital Divide Data, a social enterprise providing technology training and employment to disadvantaged youth in Cambodia, Laos, and Kenya.
