Tim Schaffer

Tim Schaffer is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Ohio State Senate. A long-time Republican legislator, he previously served in the Ohio House of Representatives across multiple non-consecutive terms starting in 2001. Throughout his career, Schaffer has focused on legislative priorities including public safety, labor regulations, and gun rights, notably sponsoring legislation to allow concealed carry in restaurants and bars. He holds a degree in Political Science and Communications from Mount Union College and has previously chaired the Fairfield County Republican Party.
