Tobias Hangaard Linge is a Norwegian politician representing the Labour Party. He served as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway from Akershus during the 2021–2025 term, eventually moving up to a regular representative seat after Åsmund Aukrust entered Støre's Cabinet. He was re-elected as a deputy representative to the Storting for the 2025–2029 period, continuing to meet as a substitute. Hailing from Grav in Bærum, he previously served as the leader of the Akershus Workers' Youth League beginning in 2018.
