Tom Buchanan

Thomas Buchanan is a British politician serving as a Member of the Northern Ireland Assembly for West Tyrone since 2003. A member of the Democratic Unionist Party, he has held various roles including DUP Spokesperson for Victims Rights and Groups Liaison and membership on the Northern Ireland Policing Board. Previously, he served on the Omagh District Council starting in 1993. Buchanan is known for his conservative views, including his support for creationism and his vocal opposition to the Gaelic Athletic Association and homosexuality.
