Tom Horn

Thomas Cornelis Maria Horn is a Dutch physicist and politician serving as the Mayor of Epe since December 2019. Before his current role, he had an extensive career in local government in Haarlemmermeer, where he served as a council member, faction leader, and alderman with portfolios including social affairs, health, and housing. Educated as a physicist at the University of Amsterdam, he previously worked as a scientific staff member for government advisory boards and as a management consultant.
